The coral reefs in Similan are so beautiful; it’s like diving in an aquarium. We managed to swim/dive with a lot of marine creatures like MANTA RAYS (about 7 of them in total), octopus, squid, stingrays and a few turtle. There was this once; the turtle came to the back of the boat. BTW, there are more caucasians then thai in Patong. See how commercialized they are.

The trip was awesome. So many things happened but don’t know where to start. Let me see.

Day 1
We reached budget terminal at 5am. Reached Phuket at don’t know what time. Took a van and reached our destination (Patong Beach) at don’t know what time also. Not knowing the place, we decided to just walk and explore the area. Surprisingly, we did not get lost yet found a lot of interesting stuff. That night, I ate insects. Its very nice and tasty, you’ve gotta try it.

Day 2
We had another day of roaming around Patong Beach. The things are all repeated, hence it is getting boring. We gotta get ready by 5pm because our liveaboard van is coming to fetch us. Woohoo! There comes our luxurious diving trip. The boat is super nice and there are only 15 of us.

Day 3 – Day 5
Dive, dive and dive. Awesome. Saw so many things. The most important thing was we saw MANTA RAYS. We dived and snorkel with them. How nice! Another thing that makes the boat so fine and luxurious is the crew service. Everything is served. Before diving, they will help us with our gears, collect our fins and wear them for us. After diving, they will help us out of the water, remove our fins and take out dust cap out. We don’t have to do anything. You can never get such service in Dayang. Oh man! I miss that place

Day 6
Our last day!! I did most of the spending this time. I went to braid my hair, pierce my naval and got some tidbits. Found out that there’s skydiving in Patong, the next time I visit that place, it will be all adventures. Cool!

It is such a fulfilling trip. Feel so blessed and pampered (though I am teased most of the time).

Counting Down.. !!

I just quit my job, (Sushi Tei, Vivocity) after working 2 full days. The people there are so serious about work and I did not have fun working there. They are so different. Leaving straight after work, and work non-stop during working hours. It feels weird. Their minimum requirement is to work minimum of 3 days, but I worked 2 days onliy so I decided to forgo my 2 days salary.

Before I quit my job, I got another one locating nearer to my home and would definitely be more homely. It is my ideal job with a lot of privileges. Am starting on Wednesday!!! Counting down !!!

I have so many things to countdown to. My new job, taking out my braces and my upcoming trip!.. Woohoo! My trip!!!!!! Yeah!! We will definitely have a lot of fun. Just pray the weather is good.

Sorry for messy entry. Result of excitement. Haha.. Will upload some pics when my teeth is released from jail. Haha...

Asia's Grooviest Beach Party 2006.. (WK's fave phrase)

I am blogging while Gracie is sleeping in my living room. I cannot afford to sleep because I have work later on. Its gonna be my first day of work. Besides my sec sch mates who went countdown with me, I prefer to stay discreet about it until I am familiar with the working procedures.

Went for Siloso Beach Party. Geez! If the party has no Blangahs, it will be a fun party. They are all out to touch girls. Thank goodness, I managed to elbow them when they come close. (haha! Power sia) The countdown was quite alright, at least there's guys looking out for us. After partying, we went to eat at Koufu and later on at mac. Pig! Eat like 2 breakfast in such a short period of time. I am still so full.
